Our methodology
Our recruiting process, from your first brief to the candidate settling in:
- Understand the organisation and develop the position specification
- Dipstick survey for salary range assessment (case by case), plus desk and database research
- Candidate identification: preliminary search and identifying target companies
- Identify people through references and do the first-level shortlisting
- Validate interest and suitability
- Present candidates: shortlisted CVs with full compensation details and interest profile
- Offer negotiation & closing
- Candidate follow-up and hand-holding after joining
Terms & conditions for recruitment services
Services rendered
- A 3-week window to review our resources and share feedback.
- PrimeZone CS assumes no liability to your firm or any third party for damages.
Mutual cooperation
- We expect your cooperation in providing the information needed for a successful partnership.
Terms for placements
- PrimeZone CS covers all expenses for candidate sourcing, background checks and advertising.
- If the client rejects a PrimeZone CS resource but re-engages the same resource within 6 months, that person is treated as a PrimeZone CS candidate and the full applicable fee is payable.
Terms of payment
- 50% initial fee as a deposit on contract signing.
- The remaining 50% is due on project completion.
Plan cancellation
- We retain the right to modify, reject, cancel or halt processes at any point, with reimbursement of all costs and expenses incurred.
Confidentiality
- We take every care to safeguard your information.
Term & termination
- The agreement starts on the agreed date and continues until either party ends it with at least 30 days' written notice.
